  Responsibilites :

  • Contribute to all stages of the SDLC and managing the project
  • Work in both development and support functions in a team environment
  • Attend early stage project discussions with the clients/product owners and clearly identify the scope of the project and provide high-level effort estimates
  • Liaise with the Software Architect to design and implement new products/functionalities
  • Be a major contributor to the teams sprint planning sessions
  • Lead a team of 5-9 members under a high pressure environment to achieve project objectives on time whilst maintaining product quality
  • Ensure that the team members produce clean, modular and reusable code that is robust, scalable and secure
  • Troubleshoot and test code (white box testing) to ensure strong optimization and intended functionality
  • Create and publish the technical release notes of new features/products developed by the team
  • Keep pace with and introduce the latest technologies and best practices to the team

  • At least 1 year of experience in all round software development using waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Be result oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Optional: CCBA/CBAP certification

  Responsibilites :

  • Be the single point of contact for the client with regards to the product/project
  • Study, understand and master the problem domain of the product or project in a very short span of time
  • Effectively elicit requirements from clients to identify their business needs using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis.
  • Analyze the requirements to understand the design implications and determine whether the requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and unambiguous and resolve any apparent conflicts
  • Partner with key stakeholders and develop appropriate metrics to derive the business value of each user requirement and update the product or project backlog accordingly.
  • Create detailed user requirements specifications (or user stories)
  • Create test scenarios and detailed test specifications (or acceptance criteria)
  • Participate in meetings with the software development team to structure technical analysis, assess findings and develop recommendations
  • Be available and contribute towards the development teams planning meetings
  • Follow up with the development team on a daily basis to ensure that the development is progressing according to the provided specifications
  • Provide acceptance to the development team on the developed product increment
  • Create user manuals and release notes (inclusive of technical release notes provided by the development team) to be released to the end users
  • Conduct product demo and training (online/onsite) to the users of the system/product increment.
  • Partner with business users to document business processes and workflows and their relationship to existing and future software solutions

  • Liaise with the business analysts and software engineers to transform business and user requirements to highly effective software solutions
  • Evaluate project scope and provide effort estimations
  • Apply UX design principles effectively to create and manage powerful, innovative and engaging solutions
  • Create mockups, wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Provide solid rationale behind UI design ideas which should be based on user research and best practices
